The purpose of this meeting is for all areas to report on the previous year's performance, provoke discussion on several topics, present the results obtained on the various fronts, and, finally, define strategies and goals for the coming year.
In order to reinforce cohesion, internal communication and team spirit, the HR department organized Team Building actions, namely a Rally Paper, and several team dynamics.
It was a very efficient and productive meeting, with several inputs, in several areas, through debate with critical spirit among all the company's process intervenients, which will allow Kaffa to evolve internally and in the satisfaction of its customers.
