The Q-Grader is a certification awarded by the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI) and defines that the evaluator is able to analyze coffee using taste and smell, in a detailed tasting, being subjected to 19 tastings during 6 days. Kaffa is proud to have the best of the best on its team and after this achievement, Kaffa is the only Industry in Portugal to have two Q-Graders on its team. It is also a huge distinction at the national level, because until this moment, only 2 people had this certification.
